Sundance Skiing Damage Control - Academy Award Winners, Families & Female Entrepreneurs watch out.

Below please find the full testimony of Gwyneth Paltrow about the shake down lawsuit in Park City, Utah.

The movie Star is counter suing and defending herself for 1 USD plus legal costs, similar to Taylor Swift before. Producer, Actor Director Alexander von Roon covered the Sundance Film Festival many times for Berliner Zeitung and E! News among other outlets. The slopes even have banners posted which say "Slow Down", "Watch Out" etc. What are the chances of bumping into a movie or film star? Actually very likely says von Roon, an avid snow and water skier

who also had worked with Paltrows husband, Brad Falchuk on "Chuck vs the Goodbye". (So, Alex is biased).

Especially during the Sunset Film Festival, everybody hits the slopes till 9 PM and one makes deals on the ski lift. Are people jealous of Paltrows success as an actress, model and entrepreneur? Or for winning the golden trophy over Judy Dench? Does it have to do with not saying enough against disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein? Only time will tell. We love Paltrows movie work and instagram sharing. Glad, that no one of the family did get hurt. Things can go really south like for Michael Schumacher before when the legendary race car driver had a skiing accident.
Or Natasha Richardson (R.I.P.)

Only thing that bugs the former Radio Manager and Film distributor, how the director of "Great expectations" could diss his own movie? Calling a film co starring Robert de Niro and Ethan Hawke:

"I think it's a complete failed film...

Alejandro González Iñárritu  did so during his acceptance speech for winning his Oscar for Gravity, if we are not mistaken. Anyway, we salute his work and Law and Order SVU & NYU Film Alumni Alex von Roon would rather watch stars such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Amber Heard and Johnny Depp in tv and movies than testifying in court rooms.

PS: This is an opinion piece and the jury and judge will decide if it is indeed a shake down or frivolous lawsuit. We keep the victims in our prayers.
